Use our API to create projects and check their status. We developed a set of Rest API to let you integrate Matecat in your translation management system or in any other application. Your glossary is created and you can continue feeding it during your translation. Just click on the Glossary tab, add the source word(s), the translation and click on the plus sign. You can now create a glossary for your translations in MateCat. This means that you can use your translation memories for any translation project you create in Matecat.and glossaries! You can now upload your own TMX files along with the files to translate. Upload your own translation memory (TMX files) But still take advantage of the matches that no other CAT tool provides. Upload and get the word count for very large files in a matter of seconds. We just made the analysis five times faster than it was before. You can now create your own private TM and save all your segments in that private memory so that they are not shared with anyone else. MateCat lets you use private TMs along with the collaborative large translation memory that we provide by default. You have also the possibility to delete projects if you don’t want to keep them in MateCat anymore. Archive and delete projectsįrom the management panel, you can now archive your projects when you are done with them. From the same panel, you will also be able to replace words in the target segment. You can now search for a specific pattern in the source or target segments and even for occurences of pairs of words in the source AND target simultaneously. Just click on the magnifying lens on the top right corner (or use the shortcut CTRL+F or CMD+F) to bring up the search and replace panel. In MateCat, you will now find a powerful search and replace functionality. ![]() Putting tags in the right position ensures that you will be able to keep the same layout and formatting for all your translations. You will now to drag and drop tags from the source to the target segment and then move them around in the target segment. We improved how you can manage tags in the translation editor. In the new version of MateCat (0.3.4.3) we added a couple a new useful features.
